George Tolosa, NOMA LEED AP
George Tolosa is a licensed architect with 20+ years of experience, specializing in the design of residential, multifamily, hospitality and commercial office buildings within urban settings. As a former Principal and Design Director at Handel Architects in San Francisco, he brings particular experience in the concept development and entitlement of complex, high density sites.
Prior to joining Handel Architects, Mr. Tolosa worked for esteemed firms in London, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Additional experience includes the design of projects internationally, with buildings in China, UAE, UK, Russia and Australia.
George holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is a doting father, a lucky husband, and the proud son of Filipino immigrants.

A Bay Area native, George is based in Oakland, California and has worked on projects up and down the west coast as far north as Seattle, WA, all the way down to Honolulu, HI, and has even reached east to Austin, TX.
